In Berlin a new restaurant is recently opened . You will not find cheese, bread or sugar. Instead, guests can enjoy dishes from ingredients that were available in the Paleolithic era, also known as the Stone Age.

The menu includes salads with olives, capers and pine nuts, bread without flour with peanut butter, smoked salmon with herbs and other meat dishes and fish.To the visitors are also available sugar-free pies, pumpkin pie and other goodies.

Sauvage – French word and means “wild”. The idea for the restaurant is part of the Paleolithic diet movement. Its members eat only food that was available to people from the Stone Age. This organic raw fruits and vegetables, meat, fish, eggs, nuts, seeds, and herbs. These people are obsessed with primitivism, and build their lifestyle around the idea of ​​imitation of caveman life – they drag boulders, walk barefoot. They even specifically give blood several times a month, thus becoming closer to the ancient people who lost their blood during the fight with predators and prey pursuit.

Paleolithic diet – a very recent phenomenon. The strongest trend is in the United States, where people are tired of fast food and diseases associated with it.

Despite the fact that the Savage Stone Age serve food, restaurateurs are using modern facilities for cooking. The kitchen has a microwave and an oven.
