March 15 drover John Baker has crossed the finish line in Nome, Alaska, winning sled dog race ” Iditarod 2011 “. Baker, the first since 1976 a resident of Alaska won the race, showed a record time. Season Sled Dog Race is coming to an end, but over the past few months, the race took place around the northern hemisphere, from Spain to Alaska, including «La Grande Odyssee», «Finnmarkslopet» and «Yukon Quest».
